The design an interactive infographic that explains to international students and other stakeholders the step-by-step process for applying for a student visa and guides them through the school's enrollment process.

Challenge

The challenge is to understand Waifs' users' responses to the enrollment process, identify pain points, and propose solutions to improve their experiences.

Process

For the initial user research, I conducted guerrilla usability testing to identify current problems. During the synthesis phase, I used affinity mapping to analyze pain points and determine priorities.
